why do i die when i fail the hack puzzle

dead space in a nut shell!

i got in the mech and lost all my progress because i got tp out of the map and couldn't see i even did a quick save before that and couldn't go back without being blind and out of the map.

is this the suit model?

This mod is bullshit, having to restart the whole game because you just died out of nowhere is the most ass idea i have ever seen

Why does it not download? And even then, WHY DOES IT CRASH SO MUCH... Like, theres no information, and the minigames have limited attempts before it CRASHES THE GAME????

Really cool mod, a whole new [half-life+resident evil]-like experience, and seing holes in the walls is just cool, but forcing player to replay whole mod from the beginning, wipping your quick saves is extremely frustrating. Zero desire to replay it.

Really a waste of time, if you die you go back to the beginning, that wouldnt really be too bad but the gameplay is absolutely horrible, weapons are clunky and awkward, progression would have been impossible if I didnt use noclip

was a pretty cool mod up until the little breacher snake minigame which was really obnoxious and also crashed my game. Not gonna finish it just because of that but the rest of it was pretty neat.

There's cat noises right as you enter the Ventilation room, is there some sort of thing you do with the closing and opening of the vents from the computer before you go in there to like save or free the cat? I understand how the game is supposed to be a trial-and-error environmental experience but like there's so very little information (and its very hard to search the discussions) so I want to check before I waste a bunch of time (like I did by manually opening every locker on my first attempt "just to be sure" only to have the only locker with something in it have that ammo be somewhat visible from the outside).

The mech is extremely good at bullying robots lol

This map sucks. I can't even play it, I keep just going through to rooms. Trying to find some stupid crowbar. I have looked through every drawer, every locker, and I can't find it.

(also before someone says "Skill issue." or some bull droppings. It's the creator of the maps job. To make the mod playable without a guide.)

plz make the robot from the end separate from the game, i love using it, but it takes up to much space with the entire game, awesome game tho :)
