I had a similar experience. While I don't agree that something not taught in the singleplayer campaign shouldn't be used in workshop maps, the execution barrier is rather high. I had to spoil myself the solution and I could not believe what it was--it wasn't intuitive, in a bad way. It feels like I did discount the solution as it's rather difficult to execute. It took me at least 10 minutes to execute it.
I also played the No Elements collection earlier and did not have an experience like this.
The intended solution is pretty quirky, I like it :p
I'm not sure if there's an issue with this setup in particular or it's now always the case with going between angled panels, but I was having a real hard time not hitting some edge. Like 9 out of 10 times I got flung into a wall or water. I don't remember it being this bad, I even have them in my own chambers and they were fine afaik. Maybe some P2 update did it?
Didn't make for a particularly enjoyable experience, unfortunately :(
@Joric @bullfrog Thanks a lot for your videos especially! You both found the intended solution :D
For this one, I have no fucking idea.
If this is 3.5/10, those must have been 2/10 I guess.
Probably got to do some awkward half height jump and juggle around almost vomiting myself I guess.
In general: Enjoyable map, would love more "No elements" maps!
The addition that punishes players for being too eager to fling out of the floor surface at the beginning made me laugh a little.
