@lol Not everyone uses CE, and some of us that do use CE would rather wait till CE is more stable. All we have is a snapshot which is far from perfect, especially for extremely big mod lists with several weapon adding race mods.

In any case, this is a great way to make rain and water have more of an affect on the game, especially in cold biomes.

Seems redundant to use with latest CE as it has same mechanics.

If I remember correctly this mod simply checks if the terrain under a Pawn is some sort of water and modifies temp tolerances. I think it should work well side by side

Ahhh yeah I see the problem there, that would take a lot of reworking. Probably making it a more base health condition like when a drug is applied? Which is an odd way to think of water, the big "DRUG POOL FOR YOUR SKIN" but yeah.

But yeah I get why that would be complicated.

There is no easy way. Just looked at the code and the mod works like this:
The game recognises 3 level of intelligence: Animal, ToolUser (think robots) and Humanlike.

The mod's code checks whether a Pawn is in water or in rain. However it, the check is attached to memory gaining , which only happens if a Pawn has mood in their needs. However, mood is applied only to Pawns with Humanlike intelligence.

Long story short, the mod as is makes animals too dumdum to get wet lol

There is certainly a way to make it work with animals, but I don't have enough time and resource to essentially rebuild the mod

Is there a reason why the effect doesn't seem to apply to animals? I'm trying to make my Frost Ave not die of heat stroke.

This mod is absolutely required for the vanilla expanded tribal start, if you don't like restarting your game every time a heatwave event hits.

is the <number>h supposed to be how long it will last or how long the pawn has been in the water? Either way it is really inconsistent. It decreases by ~1 per second and increases every time water is touched even if just for a moment (E.G. walking diagonally along a coast)
