I know you said "balanced loot table" but even on insanely rare I'm finding drugs on like every 1 of 20 zombies. Maybe that's realistic given the location, but I've got aooooooo much meth and cocaine on me after only an hour played.

i tested it shortly it spawns items like her0in, but much more rarely than in b41. Probably suffers from same problem as true music in b42 - indie stone changed names of container loot tables in some cases, which might disrupt them from spawning as often, as they should

Fent said it reduces fatigue and it instantly made me tired and killed my character, dont reccomend as the stats are labelled wrong.

Great mod, gives you good stat effects too, I love it on my server! Only thing is I wish there was more drug crafting, but it's a great mod nontheless.
