Cool concept, but I think it just feels too unrecognizable personally. I think it would look cool if it maintained the shape of the Pyro's gas mask (like somehow his suit became invisible instead of his skin).

That would be quite a work, the bandages now wrap the head as if th pyro wasn't using gas mask.
I might give it a try.
(another problem would be clipping issues with other Miscs and Hats)
