Alternatively, by starting from scratch I could try to implement what you seek, but I've only encountered one wallpaper that allows you to 'skip' tracks. Regrettably, I'm quite amateurish at this stuff and such advanced techniques are beyond my reckoning.
As a suggestion, there is the YouTube videos of Silent Hill music and ambience collections, by myself, and other amazing contributors. However, whether or not that is suitable for you I'll leave to you.
