Nope, sorry, this is just a standalone release of the skin.
If someone wants to have this in No Mercy or any other place, is free to do so.

Can you make him only appear this way for No Mercy? It just doesn't make any sense at all for him to look this way for all the other campaigns. No Mercy kinda makes sense even though you don't really reach the hospital until way later.

Yeah but what about the screen effect and the particles? I can't change that only for the female boomer, it's shared between all 3 boomers.

If I try that I can make it only a reskin si people can decide if they want the helmet or not. They'll still need your mod also.
I'll think about it, for now I have something else in my list.

I will when I have some inspiration, I have a lot of ideas for all the Specials Infected, some are simple, some require extra work. But I'll get there.
