Nope, sorry, this is just a standalone release of the skin.
If someone wants to have this in No Mercy or any other place, is free to do so.

Can you make him only appear this way for No Mercy? It just doesn't make any sense at all for him to look this way for all the other campaigns. No Mercy kinda makes sense even though you don't really reach the hospital until way later.

hmm i want this to be in that smoker v script or whatever where there are a bunch of diff smokers in one add on'
