Programming flexes into a Source model is a bit of a hassle from what I know and that's why I didn't do it for these Dishonored models, sorry about that.
You can still give them virtually any expression; there's plenty of bones on the face.

Then scroll down and you will see step 4 and it has a picture on it. then look at the to right of the picture you will see a tab and it says emotion that is what you dident put to the outsider
