Nahh It'll cause more problems than It's worth trying to make the mod start at any point other than the start of a run

is it possible to add config options mod compatability to change options in game? also a short description of each effect would be nice

It just adds random effects onto the normal game. if you want normal gameplay back you'll have to switch the mod off.
