I'll give just a little more details on the process for those who have trouble if that's alright.

You'll go to your Local Disk and you'll find the "ProgramFilesx86" file, then "Steam", then "SteamApps", then "Workshop".

The folder within the Workshop's content folder should be numbered 105600, open it and now look for 2450167250. Open the Content folder inside and then the Images folder inside of that one and you'll see those four images of our favorite Terraria goblin shortstack.
You'll be creating the new file named TownNPCs within this Images file. Rename the image that resembles a tall skinny tower to GoblinTinkerer_Default and place it in your new TownNPCs folder, or visa versa and voila, the waifu is back! Thank you again.

the mod no longer works :c

If the mod is not working for you, there is a way to fix it. Go to ProgramFilesx86/Steam/Steamapps/Workshop/Content, There should be a folder with numbers on it click it. If you have more then one folder check each folder until you find the Terraria one, The folders should have a tiny pic of the mod inside. once you find the Terraria mod folder, find the goblin tinkerer mod folder. Inside the folder, open the content folder then the images folder, There you will find 4 images of the mod. Create a new folder and name it TownNPCs, then place the long pic inside the folder. Lastly rename the pic GoblinTinkerer_Default

I have the same issue as Moira. The pack shows up as "Calamity Texture Pack" when downloaded. Even the description talks about it, with no mention of a Goblin Girl.
