Hope I got you correctly. Of course, would be nice to make all 7 blocks, but I have so little free time. Right now going to make 柴灣工廠大廈, then 彩虹邨.

Yes, the main building and the shops+school face different directions. So the asset requires road connections on at least 3 sides.
