Hm, could you add an option to decide which item should be rendered? Including 'none' (for those who want to see their character's clothes). That'd be 1, not multiple items.

@Zathrox Yeah to be honest: This mod is based on a mod on a mod (on a mod?) is therefore pure spaghettipasta and has kleis functions copy pasted with minor edits, hence is likely to break every update, I rewrote it in a simple and easy to maintain way, which I can upload and it works (at least in my testing), but it doesn't render multiple items yet now I am not sure whether I should upload it as a new mod or add the rendering and replace this one later, what do you think?
Having the heavy Item go into any slot of the users choice shouldn't be hard to add either.

Hey Doom, two years ago I requested a feature and I can oddly see my name+request in one of the patches but after coming back to the game, I don't see then option at all in the configs.
About swapping the slot heavy items go to!
Also it seems when I use this version of the mod with "place statues", they are either conflicting or not working. The UI and keybinds don't work for the other mod, my assumption is maybe because the heavy item goes into the custom backpack slot, the other mod doesn't know you're carrying. I think this was a similar reason I asked for the config option before.

Theres currently a major bug created in the newest update for this mod. When this mod is active, you wont be able to repair Brightshade/Void gear with their newly added repair kits, as the character will just say "I can't do that" and nothing will happen. A fix for this would be very nice as I wouldnt wanna part with this mod in order to use the repair kits

While wearing a hat, a backpack and one man band, and facing behind the survivor, then walking, the hat will be duplicated and everyone will see two hats when facing behind the running survivor.

both of these issues are reproducible on multiple worlds.

I personally have crafted quite a few ocean fishing poles, so it's probably that other mod Kenkire. as for Compass Slot Blocks Prototyping, it appears to be a reproducible cross-mod issue with Map At Base, present with no other mods. likely has to do with how they've modified a crafting station to have an interaction with a "held" (offhand) item.

I also found another bug, shift-clicking a full stack of ice out of a backpack with no open slots, when there is any ice already in the main inventory, crashes the client. has to do with the way that makes the stack "bounce" in base DST, but with this mod that actually crashes you, where normally it just lags you.

Sorry, I don't know most of that. It was always fresh saves. I am using other mods. I turned off all of them relating to the ocean or fishing. (Fish things out of the ocean was the only one) And it still happened. I didn't test turning off all mods sorry.

Do you still have the same problems with no mods other than this one?
Make sure to make a copy of your savegames before you test it.
Do you have the same issues on a fresh save?

This crashes every time I make a ocean fishing pole.

hey I have a VERY weird behavior, having a compass in the compass slot renders me unable to prototype anything. I have no clue how or why. do you???

It should never drop the backpack, that's the whole point of extra equip slots.

Statues should go into armor slot.

i just noted that when I picked up a suspicious marble statue head, it unequipped both my armor and my backpack and the statue head went into the backpack slot instead of the chest slot. Thank you!

Yes, the Snurtle Armor is count as a backpack. I have to re-roll to get my sack back.

Sth? Hmm maybe a bug? also if you wear an armor or a backpack while loading the mod it might cause issues, but not 100% sure

My suggestion is not to replace it. Don't manage players' dress.

i don't have any mods that affect inventory but i'll try just disabling each mod and see what happens

Yes I think another mod modifying the inventory probably interferes with this mod too.

I'm using 134 mods for my server and it works for me. Probably if you have a mod that changes the inventory at all other than this mod. That or 5 doesn't work but the other ones do (I use 2 less)
