1) The light intensity is at a minimum which means that the counters will not project any shadow when hovering over the map. This is handy when placing the counters when not using snap points. Move the Light Intensity up slightly, change Light Color to White and adjust the Ambient Intensity.
2) Snap points seem to be toggled off for some of the counters. See the German counters in Retaking Vierville.
RocketMan, I've made sure snap points work. If they still don't work check the following:
1) Click options at top, and click Grid. Then ensure Snapping is set to off as this controls grid snapping which isn't what we want.
2) On each unit your using, ensure that it has Snap enabled by right clicking it on it and look for Snap under Toggles.
For other folks that don't like snap points, click the Green dot on the left hand tool bar and click the Trash icon to delete all snap points, and then click the top left menu icon to return to hand mode.
