1.You need to buy “Falcon RZ” in the game first
2.Mod is selected from body parts
（What's uncomfortable is that mod can only last one game and needs to be changed constantly）

uninstall the game and install it, maybe it works. The car skin looks great, but its not working, that makes me sad :(

Yes, I think even if you turn the driver off for you other people can still see it. As for the skin, PS4 players can't see it and only PC people with "auto download workshop mods" can see it in game. Otherwise, they just see the base car with no changes.
