I recommend use find(), so the [slice out of range] error won't happens again.
i fixed that.
If it happens that often, It's better to show me streaming. so I can clearly see the conditions that can arise. I can guess some of the causes from your console messages, but I don't know all the exact trigger conditions.

How to fix this lib not loaded ? Without this I can't use your other mods
I guess there isn't any reason for conflict. (but not sure because I don't use left 4 bots)
Anyway, pardon me for the possibly dumb question, but I'd like to ask if this is compatible with the "Left 4 Bots 2" mod, or should I expect some conflict between the two?
To be honest, I don't know much about how script mods work, but I'm trying to keep everything conflict-free on my end :)
