Her Balrog form's neutral special can be spammed indefinitely & causes her to rise so she can stay way above the screen while raining fire.

NEVERMIND the problems all seem to be fixed now. Turns out all my custom window properties were interfering with stuff thanks to the New window properties. Bumping them up should fix all the problems at least until the modding API adds new window properties.

I'm releasing an update that fixes the attack looping, plus a few other bugs. However, whatever the update broke runs Really Deep and has messed up multiple animations, and I'm not immediately certain how to fix them.

It also adds support for Dracula, and a TCO picture for her Balrog form.

I also had the issue that when Amvira transforms she gets stuck in attack loops and can't be controlled properly. I wasn't sure if it was just me. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed. Thanks for reading, because I really enjoy her and would love to play with her more.

Alright so, fun character, lots of fun, small issue i'm facing that maybe i'm just, like, dumb about, but still just wanted to ask. So I activate the Balrog form, and a lot of attacks just kinda get... stuck? like they keep doing the attack/animation over and over again, and for some attacks, I can't really do anything about it and am literally just stuck there, you know why that might be an issue?

I'm aware of that bug. Gonna fix it in 2.1, by making Amvira's Brutal Finisher cancel if her grabbed opponent mysteriously ceases to exist.

The game freaks out when Balrog executing a forsburn illusion. It was a max smoke illusion, but im not sure if it makes a difference :startledmetalslime:

I've had that problem while she was in development. Originally, her "revert" animation would play a sound effect every five frames. It'd only crash while the window was minimized, but then it started to happen all the time. I "fixed" it by replacing it with one big explosion sound.

It seems to be related to the RoA engine itself and could be a performance issue?

at a certain percent in Amviras Balrog mode Frosburn will get a skull over his head but not his shadow clone

@igour1942 Thanks for the feedback. I'm aware of the second bug and it's being fixed in 2.1. But, I don't know anything about that first bug? Could you elaborate?

very high quality character, but i've noticed two minor things. up special in base form can be b reversed once the opponent is grabbed and chained indefinitely, and in balrog form down special can mashed to prevent transforming back. other than that a very solid character.

Absolutly amazing! i played the bass character first but love to see that the character is finished, good moveset and fun to play
would love to see the balrog form either as a seperate character on the workshop or as an alt so you can be them for the whole match, fun for boss battles and online team battles a like

Your patience has been rewarded! I actually don't find her recovery that bad (she has several options, and feral leap's horizontal movement is *tremendous*); what base form struggles with I think is kill confirms, since all three of her strongs are situational, and her only other kill moves are hard to land too.

amvira herself is pretty good (except her recovery), but the balrog form is GREAT.
