Game cache verified. "Failure to Load" happens sometimes and I just move on becuase there is so much wonderful material which DOES load. Recently, for example, I got a "Failure to Load" on the the scenario which depicts the sharknose hauling coal ... screen shots of the error message do not take, but I remember this one clarly: "Could not load hopper ..." OK fine ... move on right? Yes BUT her is my real primary objection: In exiting, your user is compelled to "rate this scenario." Not fair to the crative author!

I thought I had all the requirements, but when I try to load I get the message - Can't load rail vehicle EMD SD70ACe wsp. Is there something I am missing please.?
