I have missing textures on the gates and the reflections of the roof, but I have CSS textures and TF2 textures, do I need something else?

Good. The intent was for theme parks hence the grid toggle, gate, paths, and buildings. However if you want to do other things on the map, I dont think anyone is going to stop you.

And no saviors you have to put your own coasters in the map. Its for building in.

how i got it was by changing some settings in the control room then using admin cleanup

Odd. I tried to replicate that error by cleaning up multiple props and multiple coaster tracks with carts. Didnt get it. Only time I've seen that error is if you save and load the game through the Q menu. Its better to save your tracks with the lua coasters tool and save the scenery around the track with adv dupe.
