open the Mod file Israel New Beliefs (v2) > XML > Buildings > NewBuildingSynagogue.xml with Notepad (or other editor) and look for following text:

Same here as rharris and Hokath, the icon shows when the synagogue has been purchased, but not when in the process of purchasing.

I have the same problem Hokath had. The mod works, but the aesthetics are a bit off.

Is it possible for beliefs to only be available for selection to certain civs?

I don't get the correct splash for the purchase icon. It's a weird wooden shield type thing instead.

Can we have one that reflects the educational traditions?

There is in fact a G&K version of these mods, search in my workshop. About Ben Guryon, to be fairly honest I don't think I'll make a modern Israel mod as there are some great mods already covering that :D
