I downloaded the mod but it doesn't appear in the traffic light mod.
And then when you download it, it also doesn't change the game's traffic lights.

hello you can use them with the new traffic lights ?
cs8492 10 May, 2020 @ 5:38pm
I'm getting a error for missing traffic lights. I'll update with the number.

The lights missing are 17, 18, 19.

These work with CSUR.

Are the road sings in this pack yet
tonycoolbek 7 Apr, 2020 @ 10:48am
would it be possible for you to add zeldslayer's American Level Crossing Barrier's to your roads in your update?

And a 6+1 asymetrical road for states like Florida with 3 lanes of traffic and a 4th for turning.

@Feare: Thanks... :-)

@Troubadixx Sorry for taking so long to respond. I can't say when the overhaul will be completed, but expect to see the first remade roads in April.
Thanks for your kind words. I really appreciate your support!
Troubadixx 1 Mar, 2020 @ 11:44pm
@Feare: Thank You very much for your answer and your hard work. Once you make them use the vanilla asphalt it´ll be such a great enrichment for the US-Cities in the game. Any plan when the overhaul will be daone? Thanks again...
Endoraan  [author] 28 Feb, 2020 @ 12:15am
@Troubadixx Thank you :)
The asphalt texture should* blend with custom themes. The brightness however can be changed with Network Skins 2 for example. Yellow lines will remain regardless of the map theme.

*As I am working on an overhaul of the roads with custom models I will also make them use the default 'vanilla' asphalt texture so it can be changed to whatever asphalt texture you have in your map theme. I'm honestly not sure right now whether they will actually change on the current version.
Troubadixx 21 Feb, 2020 @ 4:45am
@Feare: Your american street project sounds very promising. Thanks for that. Two questions about it:
1. Will the asphalt color adjust to a certain custom theme (for example Springwood theme) or does it have constantly the color shown in your screenshots?
2. Will the yellow lines remain regardless of the theme i choose?
Thanks in advance...keep up the great work :-)
Endoraan  [author] 13 Feb, 2020 @ 6:31pm
@evilomega It means there won't be any traffic light props. The game will still simulate them, but you won't see them.
Svis 11 Feb, 2020 @ 2:50am
so, when you say "no traffic light" do you mean no traffic light prop (but there will be the traffic light function) or the road won't have traffic light at all
flexityswift 23 Nov, 2019 @ 10:13am
@feare thank you i'll look into those :)
Endoraan  [author] 18 Nov, 2019 @ 11:37pm
@flexityswift Check out 'ol rdtg's original mod

Would love a standalone traffic lights replacer version of these traffic lights!

Thanks
I unsub this [US Road Project] Roadside Props.
And I want to restore all my built in roads and Network Extention 2 Roads's traffic lights to Japanese traffic lights.
But some became CO's default traiffic lights.
here are some pictures

Does anyone know how to restore them to Japanese traffic lights?
Endoraan  [author] 16 Jun, 2019 @ 4:44am
@leeyuichaw As far as I know, the Japanese traffic lights or any other traffic light mod are not working with my American roads as the mod will probably look for default signals to replace and it doesn't recognize custom props.
The Japanese traffic lights should still work on any other road, given there are configurations for those in the mod itself. However, I'm pretty sure the American signals can't be replaced with a mod. If you haven't subscribed to the prop pack they simply won't show.

You see, the point in putting custom signals in the American roads is to not need a mod to replace them. That, unfortunately, makes it only usable with American signals.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

Help!
I intend to use US 6-lane blvd and I want the traffic lights are Japanese traffic light.(Mod)
I sub US 6-lane blvd and I found there is no traffic light in US 6-lane blvd.
So I sub this props to see whether Japanese traffic lights replace this American traffic lights or not.
The answer is traffic lights became American traffic lights.
So I unsub this props and load my game.
My built in 6 lane roads traffic lights became default traffic lighs.
And my Network Extensions 2's 8 lane blvd traffic lights became half defaut trafficlights, half japanesetraffic lights.
I tried sub Japanese traffic light Mod again(both RHT & LHT) but it didn't work.
How do I restore to Japanese traffic lights?
Sorry for my poor English.
jakeroot 28 May, 2019 @ 2:43pm
Loving the California-style placement (right near corner, far right corner, far left corner, etc).
WTC1973 26 May, 2019 @ 5:02am
Alright then. Good to know, thanks!
Endoraan  [author] 26 May, 2019 @ 3:05am
@WTC1973 Honestly, I can't tell, sorry. The mod will most likely replace the custom traffic lights.
WTC1973 25 May, 2019 @ 5:24pm
Ah. Right then, Thanks. One more thing, though if I'd sub to another mod with these props still installed, will that cause a conflict/error?

Apologies if I'm asking too many things about this
Endoraan  [author] 25 May, 2019 @ 4:07pm
@WTC1973 No, they are just regular props. They work when “built in” a road, but it’s not a mod which changes every road. If you wanted to have these everywhere, I suggest you subscribe to ‘ol rdtg’s original mod. That on the other hand will not work in conjunction with custom roads in the same way.
WTC1973 25 May, 2019 @ 12:30pm
Beg pardon for asking this, but are these also on the default non-American roads as well?
Amayasnep 24 May, 2019 @ 1:30pm
"Currently, the traffic lights will not work on left-hand driving roads" has to be the most American thing I've ever read.
Endoraan  [author] 24 May, 2019 @ 5:47am
@growpool Credits for the signal props go to 'ol rdtg, but thanks for pointing it out!
T-intersections are quite limited by the game, it's not possible to create signals on the top side of the 'T'. As for TMPE traffic lights, the signals need to be set before the intersection, not after. It's also a limitation that the Traffic Manager won't recognize the relocation since it's technically just a rotation of the props.
So it's not a bug, it's just a game limitation.

Just great! But yes, we definately need american Street Lights , like the truss arm ones on freeways with the classic cobra head light fixtures!
girlfromverona 22 May, 2019 @ 11:33pm
Looks good! Can't wait to check it out in-game. :)

Got a chance to work with these with M.O.M. Luckily they don't clip the classic wood track (https://i.imgur.com/joeV9eP.jpg) but they don't fit under the concrete structure at 9m, which is how high the stations are. There's some unfortunate clipping on the above ground M.O.M. stations but I haven't tried tweaking the intersection with "Move-It!" just yet. I've also run into an issue when making a T-intersection as seen here: https://i.imgur.com/d7zbTtr.jpg ...It seems the lights want to think the road forming the junction is coming from the other side. Might have something to do with the lights being on the far side of the intersection for the respective roads they are controlling; when I used TM:PE to manually control the lights, they were controlling. This set of images (https://imgur.com/a/GItnmfE) shows the visual bug along with a truck sitting at a green light and going through a red one. Other than that, these are fantastic and I can't wait to see this project progress!
