Similar instructions to the guy below, just gotta make sure that you download the new panel file that I linked below:

Head to your Steam install directory and then to: steamapps\workshop\content\233860\1686558944\gui\layout

There's a file in that directory called: Kenshi_MainPanel.layout

Replace it with this: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/u4aeuuymnruea6a6k5qk3/Kenshi_MainPanel.layout?rlkey=ehl3c5fyehizn13scej4heywr&dl=0

I'll see what I can do tomorrow. No promises though.

This mod would be awesome if it was compatible with the Transparent UI mod: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1681013987

Hey, I'm glad you like it.

I just checked the layout file that I modified to hide the speed panel and it's easy enough to keep the play/pause buttons. I won't bother uploading a new mod.

Head to your Steam install directory and then to: steamapps\workshop\content\233860\1686558944\gui\layout

There's a file in that directory called: Kenshi_MainPanel.layout

Thank you for this mod, it keeps me sticking to realtime gameplay.
But I still make use of pause, so I keep that key bound.
Is there any possibility you could make a similar mod that keeps the pause/play buttons, but removes both fast-forward buttons?
