Rain and parallax is simply an effect you add in a click.

Im new to making wallpapers... but is it hard to add in the effects to the wallpaper? don't wanna ask for a tutorial from you cause that takes your time ofc :gng:

the only effects are: parallax, rain and some motions

a single way to change is to redo the wallpaper, I think, but if you know otherwise you can do uploud.

Is it possible to change/edit the background/wallpaper of this scene. As i rlly like the effects but wanted to see what it would look like with another wallpaper/background. Don't mean to steal affects and don't intend to upload to public workshop just liked the fx. ty for your time :?
