or do you have any idea of disable manually develop provinces for player and AI? I disabled the DLCs but it doesnt work

Humm, i meant that i don't see what's the interest about increasing the development cost, game isn't already harder ?
But im full of gratitude for people like you who try to make the game better and work on mods, u make the alive at least as Paradox does, its that i'm not okay for that point precisely ^^
