Is this #HIP-compatible, m8?

Would it be possible to tweak the moorish banner so Iberians as a whole could use it? I always manage to capture one whenever I conquer the Umayyads, and hate to see it sitting in my treasury. If it means anything, historically speaking, the catholic kings of Spain would adopt the cavalry tactics of the moors.

So this would allow you to become the byzantine empire then adopt the coat of arms of greece?

Interesting. Given prior (different) problems with Muslims... well it could be religion based. Maybe. I kinda don't want to seal off a religion without cause though.

Also was this a reloaded save perhaps whereby the CoA was applied in a previous session? That might also explain it.

Did you give away or lose the artifact? Is the CoA Reset decision appearing at all, not able to be taken or having no effect? Are you a prisoner?

What religion are you out of interest?

It seems like the banners, when applied to titles, never are removed. At least for the Persian Empire title. The Moorish battle standard refuses to come off of the title.

Since this doesn't work for muslims, I'm presuming that is a result of "has_coa_on_barony_only" being set to no. Which would make sense as barony COAs work differently.

Next patch will make it so these decisions don't appear for Muslims, Jain and Hindu as they wouldn't work anyway so better to screen the feature away in those cases than have it not work.

Could you tell me the ID's for the artifacts?
Death of Rats  [author] 3 Oct, 2018 @ 10:31am
Depends.

This mod adds additional functionality for items spawned in the base mod. Ergo, if your save game was started with Bibliophile base mod then it is all for the good.

If the save wasn't started with Bibliophile base mod active, then there won't be any artifacts in the world for this mod to interact with. You won't get anything out of it until you start a new save.

If you aren't using the Bibliophile base mod at all - well then, this mod is about as useful as a honey dipper in a world without bees.

Should i start a new game to use this mod?
Death of Rats  [author] 30 Sep, 2018 @ 6:46pm
Difficult to say. It doesn't replace anything vanilla. Just adds some decisions and dummy titles. I'd say yes, it should be widely compatible.

Still requires the base Bibliophile mod, mind.

Very interesting! Which mods is this compatible with? For example is this compatible with the widely popular Patrum Scuta?
