note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 common/uncommon infected.

Do you have the add-on active? This add-on reskins only the common and uncommon infected? If it is active and isn't in conflict with any other add-ons please let me know under what circumstances it happens, because I don't have this issue on my end.

That's just what the lowest ranks are called. Probably because "Hunger" isn't as intense as being "Starved", "Ravenous", or "Famished"

Probably not. I don't know what how to replace the gore, but based on the gibs I know it would take a while even if I'm just modifying the existing gibs meshes. Plus the famine don't have white blood. That being said I did find a white blood mod at https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=657857059&searchtext=blood so you can install that.

Any chance to do Resident Evil 3 zombie horde replacer? We could use some realistic common infected replacements.
