For example, I'd imagine a Collectivist Ideoligion would probably consider living in a Barracks as "Preferred", while an Individualist Ideoligion would probably consider living in a Barracks as "Disapproved" or maybe even "Horrible".
I might also consider that a pawn with the Ascetic trait might have less aversion to living in a Barracks than other pawns.
good news: DEUS VULT, RISE FOR THE CULT OF THE FALLEN FURY!
I AM BACK IN THE SWING OF MODDING!
PRAISE TOOTHLESS!
all 1.1 / 1.2 mods will be updated to 1.2 and 1.3.
1.0 mods will be updated to 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 if they pass the quality assurance test (they have some reason to exist in the modern era)
that's what this mod was originally.
it's easy to make a mod when you frankenstein 2 mod codes together. A __def can be overwritten easily, and doesn't need all the other crap from within the file - patching is obnoxious but with NP++ and the xml editor thingy you can easily find your issues.
It may not be for everybody, but if you don't want to make your own, I think a smaller rooms mod is updated for 1.1 - that, or the ones in 1.0 are likely compatible with 1.1
if you add a smaller room size mod (which other people make, or possibly *you* can make) you can have small, happy barracks!
Should be *moderately* safe to add to 1.1 for now.
as simple as switching versions.
i find coding in xml common sense. except when i'm looking through NEO scavenger. they have bullsh*t ways to edit things.
