Great Mod, using it in a scenario. Everything seems to work as advertised, except one problem: no matter how I set it up, some other city, not the capital, gets the 2 Prize Wheat to start. ??? Thanks!

Yes, the mod should also support English unless something went wrong.

Sweet, I'd searched Bosporan on the workshop and assumed no one had made a mod, then stumbled across this one on accident
