Fun fact: Cool Breeze IS paintable, it just doesn't have function implemented for it.

There are paintable textures existing in game, but sadly you can see it only on servers that have commands to paint cosmetics.

They need to add as a style. I like to use the current Cool Breeze in one of my loadouts, but I would like also to use this Cool Breeze in my another loadout.
