@miseraie cordis, honestly this is the best. i dont like the mods or the vanilla crossbows because they are firearms, they arent supposed to be weak weapons. i really wish you would consider modding again but i understand.

you should treat the clip just like a bolt, having it only 1/1 shot seem to bug it and it ended up only work 1 shot instead of a 30 ammo per clip, i know you doing it so it will reload like a gun after emptying it with semi-auto fire since bolt pretty much reload per shot, but i rather have something that works right now rather than having it bug everytime, maybe set it to 1 sec reload, it will still feel like a automatic in 2x speed, also change the require carbon to coal or dark stone dust to process to black powder than process to cordite since we can't find carbon or it is does not exist in current version of kenshi

Where do I get carbon? Never see any in any merchant shop. Should be either removed or made craftable.

The carbon part of this mod needs to be simpler but a really good mod

the percent of steel bar is based on # of ammo just to try it out.

so, i changed up how ammo crafting works and i figured i'd comment that just to throw an idea, for cordite i put cotton instead of (as real cordite uses gun cotton) and then for the ammo full ammo magazine its cordite, 1 iron plate and then X percent of a steel bar

Dead ass had to uninstall, mods to good for kenshi. whole squad got lit up by one AK guy then i went and lit up there entire faction with an AK haha.

can you make it easier to actually build ammunition and everything? It takes way too many materials to build a single magazine of ammo

i think everyone should have em, im working on a personal mod where a bunch of ppl get them

i love this mod, i wish it was more balanced. i like how powerful they are but they are way too common at stores and should not be sold, only crafted. then it would at least explian why no one else has guns ( role play/ story wise) if you craft them from ancient tec books.
or would be nice to see random squads with guns and obliterate your squad!! XD

also i noticed the 1 bullet bug doesnt occur any more. i think i and a few other ppl mis read it, its 1 charge as in one mag, but the charge has a hidden capacity of 30. but i havent been on in a few weeks so i cant really confirm for anyone if this is still how it works.

@Ghoul there shouldnt be, but there could also be a mod that adds the rifles to AI.

that would certainly make them more balance as it would increase how common they are and ammo wouldnt be so hard to find with out carbon mods.

@indigo, largely its fairly rare, i sometimes find them in HN farm storage sheds, but mostly i create it with a mod i found that lets players create it or mine it (and i think adds more of it to the world as items) i forget the name but look around, its far better than trying to chance upon some.

Hey, love the mod. One thing that kinda makes me not like to have guns is the way they look on your back. Like kinda high up and sticking out a bit unrealistically. It's a small thing and doesn't make me not want the mod at all but would look a lot cooler if the holstered guns were a bit more center mass and flat on your back. Thanks!
