"SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics" works much like an emulator. You can add any Mega Drive ROM you like to it.
However, "SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics" is no longer available on Steam. Phantasy Star III was legally sold as DLC. But you can add it yourself.

chinese pirate game. supposedly ripped assets(I didn't notice any but I'm not the widest player of 16 bit RPGs), and super ♥♥♥♥♥♥ difficulty balance. Plot and writing ain't great either.

I beta tested the translation, though for some reason my name is not on there. It's a bad game. Skip unless you shove it full of cheat codes and just want to breeze through it and see the writing and/or plot.
