its just a texture. There's nothing about this mod that "doesn't work".
Most likely user error, like downloading mods while the game is running, and then commenting here before restarting the game.

I made him look like the beta coach.
Also, fps animations are compiled into the guns, not the player.

Real beta characters be like -
1. They ALL using original L4D style animation (like walking, running, holding a gun, holding medikit, holding pistol ETC...All of em) like nowday Bill's L4D2 style animation.
2. don't got holster.
3. they keep their medikit in upper left. (Now they keep their medikit in upper front)
4. keep their main weapon in upper right (now they keep their main weapon same position as medikit)
5. Coach's glove was darker and more un-detailed than final version.
6. using original L4D style first person animation
