For all those having issues with low population I would suggest the realistic population mod, it should increase the number of households in your high density and reduce all single family homes to 1 household per building.

No, it not really ment for vanilla players. There is only one Level for each building.

Does this have a building theme

You can not change the amount of households. Its just not possible. They are generated based on lotsize and Level of the building (Like I said in my previous post). My Berlin Set is planned as a growable Set thats why it comes with all Levels, hence higher Levels means slightly more households. The Parisian buildings are ment for Citypainters and only come as L1 buildings.

Still, I think this district style is too good to be messing that up. Coincidentally, the map size limits of the game are about the same size as Paris's city limits. These assets should have roughly 4x the number of households that they do now. At the very least twice as many. It's very difficult to believe that a six story building has only 9 households, especially in a city as crowded as paris where the apartments are really small. If it's at all possible, please try to revamp the household sizes, and increase them to about 2x-4x as many. It will also make for more realistic aerial shots, as there will be more commercial buildings needed, giving the city that dense, mish-mashy look from above. Think of it like this: The Berlin assets have a higher density, and Berlin is not all that dense, while Paris verges on Medieval-levels of density. Otherwise, well done.

Householdsize and amount of Jobs are generated based on the lotsize :)

is it just me or do the residentials hold very few households? (and not many employees for commercials), can't really do high density with these

Yes thats what we plan to do, but the problem is, that you can not highlight collections on your assets, that arent yours, thats why we have to do this weird solution.
BrowncoatTrekky 1 Nov, 2017 @ 8:15pm
You can add collections to collections. Maybe each of you can include in your descriptions with links to each of your assets? Because each of you can add each other's assets to your own collection as well.
