Appeared a bit too shiny so I made a few changes to the coloring.

This is a minor update to the vehicle, but it looks and performs better than it used to.

-Fixed hinges to prevent easy dislocation.
-On-point rotation speed increased.
-A few little details added to wheels and body.
-Colors switched around for a less basic look.
