Added buildings and more details around terrorist spawn.
added nodraw texture to unseen faces.

Moved terrorist-spawn further back to improve timing at bombsites. Added some details all around and some buildings outside bombsite b for aesthetic purposes.

Updated some player clips and added a few details here and there.

Changes to the environment light + some other lights.
added some details and new textures to more stuff to make it look nicer.
