Corrected head material name for Combine Elite.

Added Police fem.
Added hostage models (excluding hostage_04)
Corrected female model names to fit with GMod default names (which is inconsistent btw.)
Removed redundant group02 models that were not setup as player models by default.
Small tweaks to default procedural bones.
