To make Gliders more usefull:

Forward Logistics Glider / HQ Glider:
- Medic, HMG and mortar added the the HQ glider
- The HQ glider can be dropped in enemy sectors too.

Commando Glider:
- Commandos added to the normal glider
- Self repair added the the normal glider

Both:
- Gliders can now produce and reinforce squads when they're not in owned territory
- All glider drop abilties share one timer
- Glider dispatch time reduced from 240 to 150

- PIAT and Bren upgrades added to commandos from the Gliders, not from the Platoon Command Post
- 6 Pounder Anti-Tank Gun paradrop added to the Airlanding Officer

Others:
- Royal Engineers can now build Fuel and Ammo cashes
- Grenadiers and Assault Grenadiers can now build sandbages
- 12 command point requirement added the the Chulchill Crocodile
- Pickup at the Bren Gun Weapon Rack Fixed
