[ZAV] Stuffed and Sealed Power Armor

- Proper 1.6 support. Had to crosscheck all available power armor defs (mods too) because Ludeon changed few things like armor’s default cold resistance, moved ToxicEnvironmentResistance to Core, etc...
- Odyssey support. I didn’t touch vacsuits because it’s not a power armor and helmet already have 80% toxic environment resistance. But I added togglable patches to move Hunter Pack and Cerebrex Node to the torso slot.
- Added togglable patches for all vanilla and supported modded armor to give them vacsuit's level of vacuum resistance. Some modded armor on contrary have patches to remove vacuum resistance.
