A lot of tweaks to the minuteman pawn type.
For Combat Extended users, low-tier pawns like laborers and minutemen will now exclusively use FMJ ammo.

Commander pawns now apply the marksman command effect to all pawns near them. They should also be a bit more common and spawn with fancier apparel now.
