Updated to work with patch 6.3
-Should no longer CTD.
-Updated Tables.
-Deprecated campaign_stances_factions_junctions. Now using. effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions_tables for giving encamp stance.
-Reordered mod changes settlement_panel.twui.xml to fix missing UI elements.

Updated references in the unit_set_to_unit_junctions_tables for 5.0.3.
Fixed broken provincial_initiatives_to_subculture_junctions_tables.
-Now any edict issues should be fixed.
