Quick patch
-Enlarged the logo on the AMF container wellcar
-Fixed green boxcar LOD, roof is now correct color
-AC4400CW trains spawn again
-Removed AC4400CW intermodal trains (I assume this is the issue, will re-add later)

The nxt few updates should include removed/added train types plus some better container liveries. :)
