Major update:

- No more perk icon duplication on mod reloads
- The Mirror/mirror operation now mandates the presence of Echo
- Improved/reworked Mirror, mirror op/perk - now it will only clear the last learned perk upon learning a new one (eg. you can cheat her more personal perks)
- Moved the needed pics/icons to the UI folder to eliminate some warnings

- Echo seems to have an 'inbuilt bullsh*t radar' and is not too fond of Coach
- cleaned/corrected some sound ids
- removed Mod Editor references to screenshots
- couldn't get conversations (at FlagHill and at the Witch) work anymore - so here's hoping for a v1.5 patch support for modding that

- restored FlagHill and Witch converstations again (round 2 with the Mod Editor, fight!)

- improved the voice quality of the Steroid banter, and did some slight revision to it
