Added back PaP texture for upgraded weeping angel

Weeping angel upgrade no longer has PaP texture on the angel and plays the regular warning sound and displays the same warning message

UNO reverse upgrade now holds out the weapon automatically like any other upgrade, as it no longer activates on bringing it out
