Added back PaP texture for upgraded weeping angel

Weeping angel upgrade no longer has PaP texture on the angel and plays the regular warning sound and displays the same warning message

Added the Quartermaster to the banned roles list as the PaP isn't dropped as a weapon crate like it should be

Added the Faker role to the incompatible roles list, removed the Assassin role
