-Removed the habitable Dyson Sphere as it was a buggy mess and frankly I don't know how to make it better
--If you had a habitable Dyson Sphere in your save file - PLEASE back it up, as it no longer functions and will either disappear or crash the game
-Updated the Synthetic Surgeons resolution to affect more modern species traits
-Updated code related to habitats
-Modernised static modifiers and traits
-Updated code related to Juggernauts and Colossi so it uses modern values
-Updated the medical buildings to use newer code
-The Remembrance monument can now be constructed only in urban or unity sets
-Fixed the issue of the bioships having only 9 viewable models in the empire creation menu

-Galactic Holidays now gives 10k Unity to empires immediately after being passed. The event doesn't fire repeatedly after a year and should make the game more playable
