Peasants apparently were the source of the issue. Applied my changes to Farmers and Peasants on top of the new code for Peasants and Farmers.

Update to 1.7. Fixed all the bullshit so everything works like it used to, but for some reason Standard of Living is in the toilet.

Medicine can now be mixed with drugs for Intoxication needs, and now Livestock can make use of Medication to improve outputs. Organ production has been cut in half since in my opinion to much of it is being produced even at game start.

Added Medicine Good using Base Game's unused Medicine icon and added a Hospital building to produce Medicine.
Medicine is tied to the Medicine Techs in base game (Obviously) and converts fungi into medicine at a rate of 1:2.5 Fungi:Medicine. Medicine is also a more expensive good than Fungi. Nerfed Grain silos, and gave the removed points to Hospitals.

Added a Medicine Popneed, if Popneeds ever become moddable to have times when they aren't active, this will be modded to no longer be needed when health services are not a thing. Why did I add this? Because Penicillin is a Fungi, and guess what? I added Fungi recently, anyway the only goods used for Medicine besides Fungi currently are Housing and Food, which are supposed to represent hospitals for now, in the future I'm going to add a Medicine Good. This is a very small pop need compared to other popneeds and plateaus really quickly, maxing out at 500 for the Wealthy pops. Pops will be spending a lot more on food compared to Medicine.

Added Fungi and Microplastics. Microplastics are produced by 'Plastic' production methods and is extremely low value good which has only one use, ending up in the food supply. Fungi is a new Agricultural good which is located in trace amounts in agriculture production, and is intensified by the usage of fertilizer, Fungi is 5 units cheaper than normal food since I'm averaging *all* Fungi together that are edible, Foraging/Hunting now produces Fungi at 4x the value that Groceries were previously produced in those production methods, made several things require less time to build and buffed Suburbia to act more like a Psuedo-Level of the City building by giving it access to the Streetlights PM and the Recycling Plant PM.

Added some historically accurate alternate history, in the future I'll probably split it off into its own separate mod, but for now, Denmark is now capable of joining the German Confederation like what could have happened historically if not for Bismark's influence.
