Changed the Evoke Effect of [Gold]:
Past：Reduce the cost of a random colored card by 1 until it's played this turn
Now：Reduce the cost of a random colored card by 1 until it leaves hand

Difference: The cost won't restore when a card is retained.

Added a new Event and an Event Relic. Check them out in game!
