Updated laser damage per shot ( error introduce when ROF changed )

Checked Keen AI reports on SP and DS, working fine when WEAPON CORE NOT INSTALLED! ( known issue that WC breaks vanila AI on Vanilla non-WC turrets ).

Also note - KEEN DS AI problem with auto targeting, they officially announced it will be fixed in 1.201.000. For Torch Server's there are 2 plugins already fixing this. No issues on Single player.
