- Added GiGN model for CT
- New door for house
- Added props for indoor

- Added missing floor textures

- Changed every outside floor into displacements
- New assets, mostly foliage
- Added new windows
- Visual overhaul



Fix:
- Removed dark spot under stairs (Thanks bats :D)
- jump on outside roof is now a bit harder (thanks Vixik)
- Added more light to create more contrast for visibility
- Fixed fire place bug
- tweak CT spawn as required
