Bugs fixed

I finally make myself to make this at least somehow work on new version. Now I'm(Valentain) alone in development of this mod, so yeah, this is super raw so expect bugs with leaders, some focuses etc. No railroads and storage depots only in capitals. At least it can be launched!

Итак. Наверно за эти несколько месяцев радиомолчания уже многие из вас решили что мы умерли. Однако это не так.
Мы(немного) живы и даже выпустили большое обновление. В этой обнове мы изменили колонию, добавили ей дерево фокусов с большим количеством вариантов, гражданскую войну, ивенты, которые связаны со всем этим, и некоторые другие мелочи.
Однако часть вещей тем не менее не проработана, так как мы стремились выпустить обновление до выхода нового DLC Ни шагу назад. Почему так?
Потому что у нас на самом то деле паршивая ситуация сложилась, из всей команды работают всего 2, причем 1 можно сказать еле живой. Именно поэтому мы как бы бросаем клич о помощи к вам, так как нам жизненно необходимы люди для дальнейшей разработки и переезда на новую версию хойки.
Именно ты можешь стать частью нашей команды, что для этого надо:

It's been a long time since we released something, and many of you may have thought we were dead. However, we're not.
We are (kinda) alive and even released a major update. Its main focus is the Colonial Republic. We added a new focus tree, new events and alternative ways for the colony, as well as some other things.
However, because of the upcoming release of the No Step Back DLC, a lot of things were left unfinished. For example, ENGLISH localisation is not included yet, but we are going to add it soon. Why did we decide to do this?
Well, currently there are only 2 people in our team (and one of us is barely alive). We are afraid that our mod may die this time because of the DLC release.
And that's why we ask for your help. If you are willing to take part in the development of our mod and if you have enough free time, you can always contact us. You don’t need to be a professional programmer to make modifications for HoI 4, it is relatively easy and every member of our team can prove that. We are waiting for your help.
